Your claim will be handled appropriately anywhere in the world by following these claims procedures; 

1)    REFER TO YOUR COVER SCHEDULE AND INVOICE

Firstly you should refer to your Cover Schedule/ Invoice that will provide all your relevant policy details

2)     COMPLETE A CLAIM FORM

Be fully aware of the information required by the claim form which you can obtain here                         

3)     LOCATE YOUR NEAREST ADVISER

As we have some 300 surveyors worldwide, you may wish to save yourself some time by doing a ‘Find’ search, otherwise the list is in Country & Alphabetical order

5)    SUBMIT CLAIM FORM AND RELEVANT DETAILS

Following your reported loss to the Loss adjuster we would appreciate your patience whilst they collate the information from the various parties that include shipping agents, brokers, airlines and the like before they report back to Allianz Australia Insurance Limited for there consideration.
